封神新材 全面启动IATF 16949转版升级工作
质量管理体系ISO/TS16949:2009标准已正式升级为IATF 16949：2016，为确保公司质量管理体系符合新的标准要求，并保持稳定的运行，我公司于近期成立了质量管理体系转版升级推进小组，对公司质量管理体系转版升级工作进行了详细的策划，明确了工作小组的职责以及转版升级工作进度。
由于此次标准转版改动较大，共涉及17项条款的变更升级，公司计划2018年3月前改版升级全部运行。
公司于2017年7月21日，邀请了在IATF注册具有IATF16949主任审核员资格的咨询实施专题培训，此次培训是公司在“升级落实年”的专题培训，参训人数达17人，其中：内审员4名，各管理岗负责人及相关人员13人。咨询结公司体系流程，针对IATF16949：2016不同于TS16949：2009的变化点、过程方法、核心工具和审核技巧进行了讲解，参加培训的学员在老师的指导下进行了大量的典型案例分析练习，并通过互动的方式对前期的质量体系运行情况做了简单的验收汇报，针对工作中易出错面做了纠正，并传授切实可行的工作方法，让全员掌握了IATF16949新版体系的标准要求和内部审核的方法技巧。
培育和打造一支的内审员队伍，同时带动更多职工在日常管理和生产制作中增强质量意识、聚焦质量管理，是公司在“升级落实年”中一项重要管理举措，这将有助于公司质量管理体系的进一步完善和公司组织绩效的提升，有助于确保公司现有管理流程、供应商管控、生产过程管控、产品品质管控等符合体系标准的新要求，为公司持续提供满足顾客需求的产品和服务提供坚实的保障。
根据公司人才队伍培育的指导思想，在公司总经理李总的牵头下、质量部部长别波的号召下，大家踊跃参加培训。旨在完成公司内审员队伍培训的同时，让更多的职工通过系统化的学习，熟悉并掌握IATF16949质量管理体系相关知识和规范要求，逐步提升公司员工队伍的整体素养，成为公司加强人才队伍培育的重要“造血”渠道。
Forsen New Material Starts Applying IATF 16949 Quality Management System
Nowadays, ISO/TS16949:2009 has been updated to IATF 16949:2016 formally. Forsen New Material established a team to learn and apply for the IATF 16949:2016 Qaulity Management System.
We plan to finish the updation before March.2018 as there are 17 important items to update.
On July 21st, 2017, we invited a famus registered IATF expert to train us related knowledge. 17 staffs including 4 internal auditor, and 13 person in charge of every department attended the training. Learning from many classical cases, the expert pointed out the difference between TS 16949:2009 and IATF 16949:2016, the company management and quality control that we can improve etc. After training, we know about the new IATF16949 requirements and internal check skills.
It’s an important management measure to establish a good internal check team, it can lead more staffs to improve quality control consciousness in daily work. With the internal check team, we will perfect our quality control system to provide better products and service to customers.
Aiming at creating a good management team and quality control system, our general manager Mr.Li encouraged us to learn the IATF16949 deeply. He said: we will have more training lessons to improve our self accomplishment in the future.
