Description

   927 automobile lamp silicone sealant is specially used for automobile lamps and lanters,special lighting and electronic component area . One component ,low modulus ,neutral cure silicone sealant , It is suitable for sealing and electrical insulation .

Use Method 

◆Be sure of substrate 

Firstly exclude unsure factor , eg.: some metal coating and painting .

Clean loose layer of part need to apply glue , if it has coating or painting , engough adhesion force is needed

Use special cleaning agent clean the part need to apply glue , make it clean ,hard ,dry without grease and dirt such as release agent ,curing film ,water repallent agent .

◆Apply glue

Cut appropriate glue mouth according to joint surface and gap size , extrude glue evenly , extruding glue at size of o-ring will be better. After apply glue to joint surface , immediately assemble and tighten , the time from extruding glue to assemble should control within 3 minutes , more shorter ,more better , assembled parts should be vulcanized at 23±2℃,after 5 hours then move to next procedure  . Pressure test should be handled after 24h of vulcanization test .

After vulcanization , extra fluid glue left on joint surface is cleaned with sharp kinfe , and must not use finger to tear it , or use cotten yarn with oil to clean it .

 ◆Take it apart

When take it aprt , use woodstick beat along the side of joint surface, after loose ,glue on joint surface can be cleaned with copper wiper .or use cotton yarn with oil to clean it .

Store and shelf life

Belong to non hazardous goods ,store in dry and cool place under 27, shelf life is 9 months , using it within 6 months after buy it is suggested .

Notice

It is non-toxic after curing , but it should avoid contacting with eyes and children before curing . The working area should keep ventilate .
