100% fills the thread clearance and forms a dry film without oxygen. The dry film will lock nuts, bolts and screws tightly to avoid vibration caused by loose. It has good performance of sealing, rust resistance and corrosion resistance. Users only need small amount of 200 series thread locking adhesive to ensure product quality and reliability.

Forsen 1262 is anaerobic thread locking adhesive with middle strenth and oil resistance. It can work well even there is slight oil on the thread surface. It can used on inert surface with very short curing time. Forsen 1262 is widely used in sealing and fixing thread under M20, such as oil sump and screw which are disassembled frequently.
1271 Anaerobic Thread Locking Adhesive

Forsen 1271 is the anaerobic thread locking adhesive with super strenth and middle viscosity. It's suitable for sealing and fixing threads under M36.

Use Points:
1. For general purpose threads, users need clean threads by rag. Clean the important threads by acetone. Then, use the adhesive.
2. For thixotropic adhesive, shake it up before use.
3. For blind hole, users need fill adhesive inside it first.
4. For Long engaged bolt, both internal thread and external thread should be covered with adhesive.
5. Use normal hand tools to disassemble low/middle strenth thread with anaerobic adhesive. Use high torque or high temperature heating(250℃) to disassemble high strenth thread with anaerobic adhesive.
6. The rest adhesive is prohibited to mix into original adhesive liquid. Metal and oil can't be mixed into adhesive bottles.
7. The adhesive is suitable for metal materials like iron, copper etc. Use accelerating agent for inert metal and non-metallic materials. Accelerating agent can be used after dry by airing.
