FS-1700A/B Epoxy Potting Adhesive

Product Features:

1. It’s special potting adhesive for sealing digital tube and lattice display (LED display). It has low viscosity, good fluidity, de-bubbling and can be used for a long time. It’s easy to operate.
2. It allows medium temperature curing and the curing speed is fast.
3. After curing the shrinkage rate is low and moisture resistant is good. The material possesses good gloss and the hardness is adjustable.
4. The curing material has even transparency, excellent electrical properties and good resistance to hotness, humidity and atmospheric aging.

Appearance and properties

Usage method:

Mix ratio: A:B=100:50(Weight ratio), mix viscosity at 25℃: 800-900cps
Curing time: 1 hour at 50℃
Operational time: 45 minutes at 25℃
Curing condition: Well-mixed for 0.5 hour at 50℃. Lay up for 2 hours at room temperature.
1. Keep the products surface dry and clean;
2. Exactly mix the group A and group B of 100:50, note that the mix ratio is weight ratio but not volume ratio. Stir the group A and group B evenly to ensure adhesive fully cure.
3. Lay up the mixed adhesives for 10 minutes, then put them into oven for half hour at 50℃, then get adhesives out.
4. 702A/B can be fitted with dispersing agent and color paste. Red color paste PC-003 shall be 2-6%, and dispersing agent DF-090 shall be 2-5%.

Matters need attention:

1. The main adhesive and curing agent will react slowly after mixed, and viscosity will become higher slowly. Please use up the adhesives in operational time.
2. Keep and seal the rest adhesives well to avoid quality problem caused by moisture.
3. Don’t touch adhesives by skins and eyes. Clean with cleaner if skins touch adhesives; Clean with clear water if eyes touch adhesives, and ask for medical advice.
4. Test with small quantity and learn operating skills before use.
